For special custom-made orders please allow 5 weeks for delivery. If for some reason your custom-made designer accessory will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.

You will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the goods have been dropped or broken.
If for whatever reason the product you receive is faulty we will fully refund or replace the goods including any postage costs incurred by you. PLEASE NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.
Returns must be notified by email within 3 days of receiving your order and returns must be received within 7 days of the purchase date. The original tags must be attached. Refunds or exchanges will not be given if products have been worn or if the tags have been removed. Once your return has been processed and accepted, your refund will be debited to your account.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There is no exchange or return on sale or discounted products.
Andrea Agosta Designer Jewellery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
We do our best to provide you with the best photographs of our products, however sometimes with the use of photographic equipment, the use of flash and magnification of items, colours can look a little different and items can appear larger.
