Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your products carefully as we will not refund or exchange products simply because you have changed your mind or a product was incorrectly selected. All products are made to the highest quality standards and checked prior to shipping.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the goods have been dropped or broken.
If for whatever reason the product you receive is faulty we will fully refund or replace the goods including any postage costs incurred by you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact this us immediately on telephone number 0407 848 693 or contact us by email at email@example.com prior to returning your item.
PLEASE NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.
Returns must be notified by email within 2 days of receiving your order and returns must be received within 7 days of the purchase date. The original tags must be attached. Refunds or exchanges will not be given if products have been worn or if the tags have been removed. Once your return has been processed and accepted, your refund will be debited to your account.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There is no exchange or return on sale or for discounted products.
Andrea Agosta Designer Jewellery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
